We recently did the Nanda Devi Base Camp Trek with Himalvin, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the beautiful trails around Munsiyari and the remote Himalayan villages to the spectacular views of Nanda Devi and the surrounding peaks, every day of the trek offered something special. Himalvin’s itinerary takes you through places such as Bugudiyar, Rilkot, Ghangar and Martoli before reaching the high-altitude base camp. The trek is definitely challenging, especially at higher altitudes, but the guides and support team were helpful, experienced and encouraging throughout the journey. The arrangements, camps, food and overall coordination made the experience much more comfortable despite the difficult terrain. What I enjoyed most was the combination of adventure, peaceful Himalayan landscapes and local village culture. The remoteness of the Johar Valley makes this trek feel very different from more commercial Himalayan treks. A special thanks to the entire Himalvin team for making the journey safe, enjoyable and memorable. Our recent pilgrimage-cum-trek to Holy Aadi Kailash was a truly memorable experience, thanks to the excellent efforts of the trekking team. Special appreciation goes to Ms. Sachi, whose trekking expertise, efficient planning, and personal involvement ensured a smooth and enjoyable journey throughout. Her ability to create a warm, family-like atmosphere while managing the tour with professionalism and dedication was commendable. Although there were a few minor issues relating to boarding and lodging at certain places, they were negligible and did not detract from the overall experience.
